One Million Plus Verdict Awarded to Former Nurse Injured in Fall

After a four day trial, on January 14, 2016, a Porter County jury returned a $1 Million plus verdict in favor of a 57 year old former nurse who fell at a Pilot Travel Center in Burns Harbor on February 2, 2005.
