How do spinal injuries occur?

Spinal injuries are classified as either traumatic or non-traumatic. A traumatic spine injury occurs as a result of  direct damage to the spine. Traumatic spine injuries can occur in cases such as car accidents, sports injuries, or workers’ compensation type injuries. Examples of non-traumatic injuries are arthritis, degenerative disk disease, or the natural breakdown of the spine.

We typically see those types of injuries in social security disability cases or workers’ comp cases, but whatever your case, please feel free to contact Partners Randy Zromkoski or Craig Van Schouwen at Blachly, Tabor, Bozik & Hartman and we can see what we can do to help.
