Mr. Regnier is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and regularly assists senior citizens with their elder law needs. He routinely helps clients develop advance directives and estate plans using established instruments such as Powers of Attorney, Designations of Health Care Representative, Wills, and Trusts.

Currently, Mr. Regnier serves as the Chair of the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and is a member of the Elder Law and General Practice Sections. He is also an active member of the Allen County Bar Association, participating in its Probate, Trust, and Tax, and Fee Dispute Sections. Additionally, Mr. Regnier works with the Allen County Law Library Association and serves as a Volunteer Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana. He also collaborates with the Volunteer Lawyers Association and participates in the Talk to a Lawyer program.

A former resident of Chesterton, Indiana, Mr. Regnier now resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and works in the Valparaiso office.
