Mr. Regnier is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and he regularly assists senior citizens with their elder law needs. Mr. Regnier routinely advises and assists clients in developing their advance directives and estate plans with time proven instruments such as Powers of Attorney, Designations of Health Care Representative, Wills, and Trusts.

Mr. Regnier is currently the Chair of the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and a member of the Elder Law and General Practice Sections. Mr. Regnier is also an active participant in the Allen County Bar Association, participating in the Probate, Trust, and Tax, and Fee Dispute Sections of the Allen County Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Regnier works with the Allen County Law Library Association and is a Volunteer Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana. Mr. Regnier also works with the Volunteer Lawyers Association and participates in the Talk to a Lawyer program.

Mr. Regnier, a past resident of Chesterton, Indiana, now resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana, working in both the Valparaiso and Fort Wayne offices of the firm.
