Hollenbeck Honored by NIRPC

Attorney David L. Hollenbeck was presented the Norman E Tufford Award from the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission (NIRPC) on January 20, 2024, for his leadership, commitment to regionalism and promotion of Northwest Indiana.

Attorney Hollenbeck has devoted much time to representing a wide variety of governmental entities, including the City of Valparaiso, the Regional Development Authority (RDA), and NIRPC.  A graduate of Valparaiso University and Valparaiso University School of Law, Attorney Hollenbeck has been practicing law at Blachly, Tabor, Bozik and Hartman since 1974.
