Ethan Lowe is a Partner/Attorney in the firm’s Municipal Law, Business and Contract Law, Real Estate and Civil Litigation sections.
Mr. Lowe devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing units of government including cities, towns and conservancy districts in Northwest Indiana. Mr. Lowe is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association and is an active member with the Association of Indiana Conservancy Districts.
In addition to his municipal practice, Mr. Lowe also assists businesses and individuals in a wide range of legal matters.
Admitted to practice in both state and federal courts (Northern District) in the State of Indiana, Mr. Lowe is a 2004 graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a 2001 graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette.
Born in Rhode Island, Mr. Lowe was raised in Valparaiso, Indiana and graduated from Valparaiso High School in 1997. Mr. Lowe’s community activities include currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors of Porter County Aging and Community Services, Inc.
Mr. Lowe is a graduate of the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy and Leadership Northwest Indiana Class 32. Mr. Lowe was named as an Emerging Leader by the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce in Fall 2012.
When not practicing law, Mr. Lowe enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
