Attorney Kingsley Regnier of Blachly, Tabor, Bozik & Hartman has been re-elected as the District 4 Representative to the Council of Probate Trust and Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. The Council approves and sets policies, budgets and follows up on recommendations of the Probate Review Committee. The Probate Review Committee is a sub-committee that reviews current, requested, and proposed legislation.
